Yeah, absolutely. Happens all the time. People start with Foundation, realize they want more coaching, and bump up to Performance. Or sometimes life gets busy and folks scale back for a bit. Just give us a heads up and we'll adjust it for the next billing cycle.

We get it - schedules are unpredictable. Unused sessions roll over for one month, so you've got some flexibility. After that they expire, but honestly, if you're consistently not using them, you might wanna drop down a tier and save some money.

We do - pay upfront for a year and get two months free basically. Works out to about 15% savings. But honestly, we only recommend this if you're already sure this is your spot. Don't lock yourself in just to save a few bucks if you haven't even trained here yet.

For sure. First session's on us - come in, check out the facility, meet the coaches, get a feel for the vibe. We'd rather you know what you're getting into than sign up and bail after a month.

Just let us know before your next billing date. That's it. No exit fees, no convincing required, no calling three times to make it happen. Life changes, priorities shift - we're not gonna penalize you for that.

Yeah, we do 10% off for couples or family members training together. Training with someone you know can actually help with accountability, so we're into it. Just mention it when you're signing up.

We work with people coming back from injuries pretty regularly. Our coaches know how to modify and progress things safely. That said, we're not physical therapists, so you'll wanna get cleared by your doc first. Once you're good to train, we'll meet you where you're at and go from there.

Credit card, debit, or direct bank transfer. Memberships auto-renew monthly so you don't gotta think about it. We'll send you a reminder email a few days before each billing cycle just so there's no surprises.
